Find a serial number

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS, YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR THE SERIAL NUMBER.

To find it, look for a series of letters and numbers (12 characters) on your product. For example: CKDBLLF01806.


Here are the locations to look for by product line.


Home Audio lines

  • On all Home Audio loudspeakers: on the rear of the loudspeaker, at the bottom, on the connector plate (terminal block).
  • All subwoofers: on the back plate.




Home Cinema lines

  • For 5.1 and 2.1 Dome and Bb packs: look for the pack serial number on the main carton. Note that it's not the loudspeaker serial number (on each loudspeaker), but the pack serial number (on the carton).
  • Dimension soundbar: on the connection panel.



Built-in

  • All loudspeakers: close to connectors (on terminal block).





Multimedia and wireless loudspeakers

  • aptX® : on rear.
  • XS2 .1: under left loudspeaker (the one without dock).


Headphones

  • Sphear S: on back of remote control.
  • Listen/Listen Wireless: inside right headband.
  • Elear, Clear, Utopia, Stellia and Elegia: located under the right ear pad, to be removed carefully.
  • Bathys: on the back of the packaging or inside the left slider (between the headband and the earpiece) of the headphones.

Car Audio

  • On loudspeakers: the serial number is either engraved on the edge of the rubber surround, on the front, or on the magnet.
  • All amplifiers: located under the amplifier.




Pro Audio

  • All loudspeakers: on back plate.
