In March 2016, FOCAL®offered an exceptional sound experience, designed specifically using Utopia line technologies, for the ultra-innovative DS E-Tense concept car. Since then, new collaborations have continued the privileged partnership between FOCAL and the DS brand around FOCAL's unique acoustic signature and innovative technologies.

ACOUSTIC SIGNATURE AND CO-DESIGN
The DS and FOCAL teams worked together right from the design stage of the top-of-the-range DS 7 Crossback SUV. Site selection, architecture and interior structure were carefully adapted by DS and FOCAL engineers and designers to meet the requirements of the FOCAL ELECTRA® label.
PURE SOUND
The FOCAL ELECTRA Premium Hi-Fi System incorporates 3 exclusive FOCAL technologies: Polyglass membrane, TNF Tweeter and Power Flower™ Subwoofer. This high-end acoustic solution is composed of 14 loudspeakers, carefully placed in the cabin for a total immersive experience, with rich, detailed sound. The technical specifications are directly inherited from FOCAL's experience in Home Cinema use.
Thanks to specific sound processing and the use of two-way rear satellite channels, the soundstage is enveloping, stable and precise, with particular attention paid to the occupants in row 2.
