COMPATIBILITY UPDATE (ANDROID / LINUX)

Here's how to update the firmware on Android and Linux:
STEP 1: Download the USB device driver
If you have not already done so, first check that the Arche driver is installed on the computer that will perform the update.
STEP 2: Download the application
Below is the link to download the application used to update the firmware of the Xmos chipset (in Arche).
STEP 3: Download the update file
Below is the link to download the .bin file used to update the application.
STEP 4: Install the update
- Connect the USB-A / USB-B cable between the computer and ARCHE (USB-B), unzip the downloaded application file, then load the bin file using the Browse button.
- Run the update. Once the update is complete, restart Arche.
This update only works on Windows.
Please note: some Android devices may also require :
- a USB OTG cable
- download the Audio Player Pro (UAPP) application for certain streaming applications. Click here to access the application.
RESET FACTORY SETTINGS
FACTORY FIRMWARE
Here is the procedure for resetting the Factory Firmware:
STEP 1: Download the application
Below is the link to download the application used to update the firmware of the Xmos chipset (in Arche).
STEP 2: Download the Factory Firmware file
Below is the link to download the .bin file used to reset Arche to its original firmware.
STEP 3: Installation
- Connect the USB-A / USB-B cable between the computer and ARCHE (USB-B), unzip the downloaded application file, then load the bin file using the Browse button.
- Start the reset. As soon as it is complete, restart Arche.
